refill
Your candle has burned down? Just reach out, and we'll refill your container, giving your candle a second chance to shine bright!

- visit the refill page after your candle has burned down and send us a message mentioning your candle type and desired refill scent
- send us your cup back or arrange a meeting for the handover
- we'll refill your empty cup with fresh wax and your chosen scent
- we'll send your refilled candle back to you

reuse/cleaning
Once your candle has burned down and you would like to use your ceramic mug please follow the following steps:

- place the empty cup in the oven at 80 degrees for a couple of minutes until any leftover wax has liquefied
- take the cup out and wipe it out with a paper towel. The metal wick tab should easily detach from the base
- clean thoroughly with warm water and washing-up liquid
- the cup is glazed inside and can be repurposed as a mug or container for jewellry for example

All products are food-safe and dishwasher-safe. However, to maintain the quality of lifespan of your product, we recommend to clean by hand.

directions of use
Leave the candle to burn for at least 1 hour on first use. Do not leave the candle unattended. Keep out of reach of children, animals and flammable materials. The container may be hot.
